Ley Hotel, Klotten

I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the hotel had a clean room and offered a great culinary experience, I faced a frustrating situation with my room booking and a lack of customer service. The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered, which was quite disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially during its opening party. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was solid. Roman's customer service made a lasting impression, elevating the whole experience. On the downside, my friends chose to dine there, and although the food was incredibly tasty, it seems there were some inconsistencies with room availability and communication prior to our stay. Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel when visiting the Mosel region again.
